There are some benefits to use MyAnalytics at Microsoft Office 365, e.g. Improve your relationships, get more focus time and improve your work-life balance.

There are some benefits to use MyAnalytics at Microsoft Office 365, e.g. Improve your relationships, get more focus time and improve your work-life balance.

However, the MyAnalytics is enable for all users by default, the weekly emails to be annoying and unnecessary for most of users, one of my customers asked me to disable it for users. Today, I am going to show you how to disable for all users by default.

  1. Login Office 365 portal.

    https://www.office.com/

  2. On the Office 365 portal home page, select Admin.

  3. On the Microsoft 365 admin center page, select Settings.

  4. On the Settings page, select Services & add-ins.

  5. On the Services & add-ins page, select MyAnalytics.

  6. On the MyAnalytics page, unselect Insights dashboard, unselect Weekly digest, and unselect Insights Outlook add-in. Click Save changes.

  7. It may take up to 24 hours for all changes to take effect.
